I saw this on Joelle's blog and thought it was such a fantastic idea that I decided to do one as well.

Mother Sugar- My therapist. I got really tired of typing my therapist this my therapist that. I needed a nickname. How did I get it you ask? Well, I was reading The Golden Notebook for my english class. In it, the protagonist refers to her therapist as Mother Sugar and I thought that was a good nickname.

Where did Pixie With a Crash Helmet come from? When Kat and I met through a mutual friend (whom we don't really talk to now) we were playing the roll playing game Changeling. And so Kat joined the group. My character was a fairy and I had failed a roll for landing and so I my character was going to crash and so Kat's character came running trying to catch me. I don't remember what exactly happend but Kat Kat's character told mine that I needed a crash helmet. And so Pixie With A Crash Helmet was born. When I was trying to come up with a name for my blog, Kat reminded me of this and so I chose it because I'm also a clutz.

Rats Yes I have pet rats. I highly recommend them for anyone who wants them. They're 100 times smarter than gerbils and are extremely affectionate. My rats even have their own blog: Rodentia Riots

Larry!!!Who is Larry and why does he have his own category? Larry is a member of our circle and when he goes on a rant he kinda looses his mind. He tends to send us hysterical emails when he's taken drugs or is pissed off at the world. I'm going through all of our old emails to make sure they are all documented because he is just too funny.

General Joy I've been trying to come up with a nickname for my therapist in the eating disorder group. As I came up with one for my individual therapist (Mother Sugar) it's only appropriate and much easier than Eating Disorder therapist. So I was listening to Tori Amos new cd (which totally rocks by the way) and I noticed that one song is called General Joy. I almost burst out laughing when it occured to me this morning that it would make a great nick name for my eating disorder therapist, especially because her constant happiness annoys the shit out of me. So General Joy now refers to the therapist in my eating disorder group.

I'd love your input as to what else I should put here because I don't know what else would be helpful. PLEASE leave comments with what would help to understand my little blog world. Thanks!
